Raised superstructure
With an elevated superstructure, the upper bar is raised, creating an additional shelf along the entire length of your frying range.
This space is also suitable for placing additional items. Standard halogen spotlights are installed under the upper bar.

Additional extraction
In addition to the standard extraction directly above the frying pans, griddles and cooktops, among others, filters in the superstructure can provide additional extraction. This is optional and commonly used over the chip container with pre-cooked chips.
Heated gantry
An infrared heated gantry can be built into a raised superstructure. Ideal for keeping an order temporarily warm.
Ticket rail
A ticket rail can be placed on the superstructure. Ideal for keeping an overview.
Saladiere
A refrigerated salad bar can be built into a raised superstructure. The salad bar can be supplied with a mirror. Ideal for showcasing your products.
Refrigerated display case
A refrigerated display case can be built into a raised superstructure. This top cooler allows you to keep the day’s supply of chips and snacks chilled. A second refrigerated display case can also be installed.
