Electrically heated stainless steel chip/snack pan with frying baskets
A Florigo electric stainless steel pan is virtually indestructible. This is because the heating elements are suspended in the pan and directly heat the oil.
The electric kettle has flip-up heating elements for easy and thorough cleaning. The elements are protected by a grid on which baskets can be placed.
In the center, below the heating elements, is the cold zone containing a spacious rectangular crumb filter.

Electrically heated stainless steel transfer pan
This pan is ideal for pre-cooking chips and can be part of a transfer system, which consists of a transfer pan, an electric lift and a large, tilting basket on rails.
The elements are foldable for easy and proper cleaning of the kettle. The pan has a cold zone on the bottom in the center, below the heating elements, a cold zone with large rectangular crumb filter.
Notice: the transfer system requires a raised superstructure and touchscreen controls.
