Digital control
A Florigo frying range comes standard with a digital control operating system. This is a control unit with monochrome display and control buttons.
This system allows you to pre-set five frying temperatures and five frying times. Once the designated frying time is up, the system will alert you with a sound signal.
Furthermore, the system ensures that your cold frying oil reaches the desired frying temperature in a controlled manner. The control panel is covered with glass, giving it a premium look.
Touchscreen
Optionally, you can replace the digital control system with a touchscreen. It offers the same functionalities as the digital controls. If you choose a transfer system, you automatically opt for a touchscreen as well.
