Counter and island models

With a counter or island model, you choose a different customer approach. While fulfilling orders, you remain in constant contact with your customer. This method of presentation and work has long been used with great success in England and Ireland and is beginning to gain popularity in the Netherlands as well. 

The technical features of counter and island models hardly differ from wall models. They also incorporate high efficiency technology, automated systems and electronic controls. Additionally, other (extraction) techniques are available for fume extraction.  

Clear structure 

Snacks are presented at the top of the frying range, stored and kept cool or warm in refrigerated or hot display cases with halogen lighting, respectively. All in accordance with HACCP regulations. This design is compact, clear and user-friendly This emanates hospitality because snacks are visible on the customer side. At the same time, products are easily removable on the frying side. Disposable holders are also located above the frying and work area. Many variations and sizes are possible.

In short: the user- and customer-friendly setup of a counter or island model allows constant customer interaction while frying, cooling or heating food. This setup also promotes social control.
