Fume extraction

Fume extraction

All models of Florigo, except
Solo/Multi units, come standard with a built-in fume extraction duct. The exhaust fan for extracting fumes and gases is located outside the building, often on the roof or against an exterior wall.
In addition to the standard extraction directly above the fryers and other components, grates can be placed in the raised superstructure. This is widely used above the chip container.

Time delay for extraction

After frying your last batch of chips or snacks, your frying oil will still be hot when you turn off the fryer. To prevent any frying fumes from entering your restaurant, the time delayer allows your extraction system to continue working while the oil cools down.

5-level controller

With the 5-level controller for your extraction fan (i.e., located outside the frying range), instead of on/off, you can control the suction in five steps. This can be useful to avoid unnecessarily powerful suction during quiet periods. This is because your fryer draws in your heated or conditioned ambient air from your business in addition to the frying fumes. As a result, sometimes the temperature of your restaurant may not reach the desired level. Similar to outside doors being open. You can prevent this with the 5-level controller.
