Unique oil filtration system improves quality and reduces costs

The Active Triple Filtration System is designed to remove even the finest impurities and keep your oil cleaner for longer. It also contributes to a cleaner and safer working environment. The system operates in three steps:
3-stage filtering
This most advanced automatic filtration system works through a unique 3-stage filtration system.
First stage
The coarse stainless steel crumb catcher at the bottom of the pan collects larger crumbs. It can easliy be removed and emptied .
Second stage
A Miroil filter bag in the filter drawer captures the finer crumbs. The bag is easy to empty and can be cleaned with warm water, which extends its lifespan.
Third stage
The third step removes the finest particles. A pump draws the oil through a high-density filter pad. This pad is impregnated with Magnesol, a white, ultra-fine powder without taste, smell, or color. It absorbs odor, color, and flavor residues, restoring the frying oil to the best possible condition.
The filter pad should be replaced regularly when used intensively. These costs are minimal compared to the benefits, namely a significantly longer lifespan of your valuable frying oil.
ATF pass-through system
With the ATF filtration system, you can filter the used frying oil per pan and pump it back into the same pan. You can also filter the frying oil from one pan and pump it to another snack pan. Thus, the frying oil is given a second life. Both the return operation in the same pan and the pumping through to another pan is a 3-stage filtration, as described above.
Separate return line
The system also allows you to pump used oil from the blanching pan through the filter drawer to the finishing pan and, later on, to a snack pan. Each pan has its own return line, ensuring the filtered oil does not come into contact with contaminated oil during pumping.
With first pressing the heating button, all oil lines in a Florigo tray wall can be heated electrically. This ensures a smooth flow.
After a cost-effective journey through your frying range, the frying oil can finally be drained splatter- and drip-free, optionally via a pipeline to a used oil barrel
ATF Filter Tray
The central filter tray is a closed splash-free system, specially designed for safe and easy cleaning of the filters and tray.
The filter drawer is placed on sturdy guides that allow this entire drawer to slide out smoothly. Both the Miroil filter bag and filter pad can thus be easily cleaned and replaced. Not only the pipes but also the filter tray can be optionally heated so that the frying oil always passes through the third filtration while hot.
ATF comes standard with one filter tray. You can also choose a second filter tray: one for the chip pans and one for the snack or fish pans. This way, your precious frying oil will last even longer.
Refilling without temperature drop
Should you run short of frying oil in a pan during frying, you can refill cold frying oil from the filter drawer without causing a temperature drop in the kettle. After heating up, press the filter button and the refilled frying oil flows into the kettle while frying.
