'This look and feel really appeals to me'
If there’s one person who’s proud of his frying range, it’s Joost Vanhommerig of Kwalitaria Velden. “The black powder coating creates a softer look. Very nice.” But the colour of the frying range is not the reason why Joost has been loyal to Florigo for years.
Anyone who visits Kwalitaria Velden is probably familiar with the good-humored owner Joost Vanhommerig. What also stands out is the black powder coated Florigo frying range. With a length of more than five meters, this frying range is one of the largest in the industry.
Chipboxes, turned a quarter turn
The frying range wall at Kwalitaria Velden is equipped with two frying pans with three baskets each, two chipboxes with a bain-marie, a snack pan, an electric chrome griddle and an eletric cook top.
The chip boxes are turned a quarter turn. A conscious choice, Joost explains. “We scoop our chips from left to right, or right to left. To me, this way of scooping out is more natural. The bain-marie for our sauces directly behind the chipbox is also very convenient.”
Black powder coating
The initial plan was a stainless steel frying range. “But the sales representative suggested a black powder coating. We like this more for our shop and it goes well with our dark ceiling. This look and feel really appeals to me.”
Good service
Joost Vanhommerig is a true Florigo entrepreneur. “I have always worked with a Florigo frying range and have always been satisfied. Also, Florigo’s service is very good, so I’m a loyal customer.”
